Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
• Successful completion of a proctored rhythm interpretation test.
• Previous experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care required; Cardiac experience highly preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Adaptability and motivation to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess cardiac stepdown patients, recognize and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and cardiac drips as per protocol.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members.
• Document patient status, care, and education with accuracy.
• Support families and patients through the recovery process.
