Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Proven success completing a proctored rhythm test
- Professional experience in a Stepdown or similar acute care setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills
