Key Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent Stepdown or Progressive Care experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level, patient-centered care for Stepdown/PCU patients
- Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient status
