Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Proven experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care settings
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Adaptable to changing patient needs in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage care for patients transitioning from ICU, focusing on stabilization and continued recovery
- Closely monitor patient vitals, respond rapidly to changes, and administer medications as ordered
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and progress
