Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of one year Stepdown/PCU/Cardiac Surgery unit experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
