Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure required
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in stepdown, progressive care, or cardiac surgery units preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
