This travel assignment places you in a progressive cardiac stepdown environment, caring for diverse heart failure patients on a specialized PCU Cardiac Unit. Essential Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
- Previous experience in stepdown, telemetry, or PCU environments preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to cardiac stepdown patients, primarily those with heart failure
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
