Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
- Previous experience in Stepdown or Cardiac Stepdown nursing preferred
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess cardiac patients transitioning from critical care
- Administer medications and respond to complex cardiac events
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to care teams and families
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
