Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least one year of recent Stepdown or Intermediate Care Unit nursing experience
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic care setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for patients transitioning from critical care
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
