This opportunity is ideal for a registered nurse with step-down care expertise seeking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic clinical setting. Role Highlights:
- Position Type: Contract
- Shift: Days (6:45 a.m. 7:15 p.m.)
- Duration: Approximately 13 weeks (contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to step-down patients, focusing on monitoring and assessment.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans.
- Utilize clinical skills to manage patient treatments and document changes accurately.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Desired Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid RN license with step-down or critical care experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required or willingness to obtain upon start.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred but can be acquired during assignment.
- Permanent residence outside a 50-mile radius of the work location.
