Role Highlights:

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Shift: Days (6:45 a.m. 7:15 p.m.)
  • Duration: Approximately 13 weeks (contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to step-down patients, focusing on monitoring and assessment.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans.
  • Utilize clinical skills to manage patient treatments and document changes accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Desired Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid RN license with step-down or critical care experience.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required or willingness to obtain upon start.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred but can be acquired during assignment.
  • Permanent residence outside a 50-mile radius of the work location.
