Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a stepdown unit, monitoring changes and responding rapidly to emergent needs
