Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts
- 36 hours per week guaranteed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years Stepdown or Progressive Care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to patients in a Stepdown unit
- Closely monitor patient conditions and escalate care as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and treatments
- Educate patients and families, offering support throughout their stay
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict safety standards
