Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent stepdown/telemetry nursing experience
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring, wound care, and patient assessment
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to patients transitioning from intensive care
• Administer and monitor medications, including titrating drips
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to customized care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
• Provide patient and family education, addressing questions and supporting transitions
