Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment
- Up to 16 hours of orientation (unpaid)
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week period
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire or Compact State license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred
- Strong MS/Telemetry background is a must
- Proficient mathematical, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care in the Stepdown unit
- Thoroughly assess patients upon admission, utilizing interview techniques and diagnostic resources
- Develop and implement care plans collaboratively with physicians and the patient care team
- Interpret and act on lab reports, vital signs, and other pertinent data to promote optimal patient outcomes
