Schedule:
- Up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation
- Shifts may be canceled by the facility, up to three times per 13-week contract
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing required
- Valid RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact License
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Prefer three years of prior nursing experience, especially in MS/Tele units
- Demonstrated analytical, mathematical, and communication strengthsverbal, written, and interpersonal
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver both direct and indirect patient care by implementing the nursing process in assigned stepdown units
- Thoroughly assess each patient upon admission, collecting medical histories, current health status, vital signs, and interpreting lab and diagnostic results
- Develop and execute individualized care plans under physician supervision, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
- Uphold high standards of documentation, compassion, and ethical practice in every interaction
