Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend required
• No on-call shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients stepping down from critical care units
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and provide comprehensive documentation using Cerner OneChart EHR
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols
• Adapt by floating to similar units within the same campus or, as necessary, to different campuses within Wichita

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Recent experience in a Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit strongly preferred
• Proficient in electronic health records, especially Cerner OneChart
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environments
• Flexibility to float to like units within the campus or across campuses as needed
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Required to wear ceil blue scrubs
