Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Minimum of 1 year recent Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to Stepdown patients
- Monitor and assess patients with complex medical conditions
- Administer medications; manage IVs and drips
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Document accurate and timely patient information
