Step into a dynamic medical stepdown unit with 16-20 beds, where you'll manage a wide variety of complex patient cases including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, TDM2, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. Enjoy a stimulating work setting with manageable ratios (1:4) that support meaningful patient care.

Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent stepdown experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
