Youll be working in a modern, 30-bed hospital featuring advanced medical technology, spacious patient rooms, and specialized units dedicated to comprehensive patient needs.

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position; schedule details will be provided during the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Proven nursing experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit
• Advanced knowledge of patient assessment and monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the stepdown unit
• Monitor patient progress and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Accurately document interventions and patient outcomes in medical records
• Advocate for patient safety and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice
• Administer prescribed medications and manage IV therapy or complex care needs
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
