Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to telemetry and stepdown patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Float between Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols
Qualifications:
- Active Florida RN license required
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Experience in Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit nursing preferred
- Ability to float between Telemetry and PCU units
- Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
