Required Qualifications:

• Valid, unencumbered RN license (state or compact)
• At least one year of recent stepdown nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care for patients transitioning from ICU to general medical-surgical floors
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate treatments in accordance with physician orders

• Document care accurately within electronic health records
