Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit
• Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms
• Experience with titrating drips and advanced patient assessments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Closely monitor patient condition, manage complex medication regimens, and promptly recognize and respond to changes
• Document clinical observations and interventions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Educate patients and families about procedures, care plans, and recovery expectations
