As an RN with stepdown (PCU) experience, join a modern, 36-bed unit that treats a wide variety of complex patient populationsincluding those with cardiac, pulmonary, renal, and neurological diagnoses. Emphasis is placed on collaboration and skill enhancement, with robust support from clinical specialists, 24/7 RT and pharmacy, and innovative virtual nursing to streamline admissions and patient observation.
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible travel assignment
- Orientation includes NEO and 2 days on-unit
- Required floating within the regional network, with travel time paid during mid-shift float
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 18 months recent PCU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Demonstrated ability with tracheostomy/ventilator patients, cardiac rhythm interpretation, wound care, and titratable IV drips
- Comfortable floating within diverse units and facilities in the region
- Skilled in EPIC EMR, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell medication dispensing
- Open to first-time travelers

- Provide safe and skilled care to patients with complex cardiopulmonary or neurological needs
- Manage and interpret monitoring devices, perform wound care, and administer titratable IV medications
- Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration for optimal patient outcomes
