Schedule/Hours

  • Night shift options available.
  • Expect 6 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) within each 6-week schedule.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years recent nursing experience required.
  • Demonstrated trach care expertise.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Flexibility to float between med surg and progressive care units.
  • Prior experience with Cerner preferred.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level care to stepdown and med surg patients with a 1:3-4 and 1:4-6 nurse-to-patient ratio, respectively.
  • Manage advanced monitoring and therapeutic equipment.
  • Skillfully perform trach care, chest tube management, and wound dressing changes.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation within Cerner.
  • Exhibit professionalism in navy blue scrubs.
