Schedule/Hours
- Night shift options available.
- Expect 6 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) within each 6-week schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent nursing experience required.
- Demonstrated trach care expertise.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Flexibility to float between med surg and progressive care units.
- Prior experience with Cerner preferred.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level care to stepdown and med surg patients with a 1:3-4 and 1:4-6 nurse-to-patient ratio, respectively.
- Manage advanced monitoring and therapeutic equipment.
- Skillfully perform trach care, chest tube management, and wound dressing changes.
- Maintain meticulous documentation within Cerner.
- Exhibit professionalism in navy blue scrubs.
