Schedule & Hours:

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Recent experience in Stepdown or Intermediate Care required
• Proven ability to manage patients with complex and rapidly changing conditions
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with telemetry monitoring preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt quickly to changing patient needs
