Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care nursing
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Proven ability to administer medications and manage complex patient cases
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient vital signs, oxygenation levels, and overall stability
• Deliver medication, including titrated drips, as ordered
• Educate patients and their families regarding condition changes and ongoing care
• Coordinate care plans with providers and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Uphold safety protocols and infection control standards at all times
