Qualifications/Experience
- Valid RN license (current and unrestricted)
- Minimum of 1 year recent stepdown/telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Responsibilities/Duties
- Monitor and manage patients transitioning from intensive care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement tailored care plans
- Conduct regular assessments, administer medications, and monitor vitals
- Provide education and support to patients and families during recovery
- Accurately document patient status and interventions in the clinical record
