Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license required
• Experience in Stepdown, Progressive Care, or Intermediate Care nursing preferred
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients with complex needs, managing changing conditions proactively
• Administer medication, perform treatments, and interpret cardiac monitoring
• Respond rapidly and appropriately to clinical emergencies or deteriorating conditions
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes and post-discharge care
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate records, adhering to facility policies and regulatory standards
