Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
- Previous experience in stepdown or telemetry units preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
- Professional, positive attitude with a commitment to excellent patient care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based care to cardiac stepdown patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation
