Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Current and active RN license
- Previous Stepdown or progressive care nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving clinical environments

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients transitioning from ICU-level acuity to general medical-surgical care

$2,081 - $2,202/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
