A skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Stepdown and Telemetry nursing is needed to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts at a well-equipped acute care facility in the Bella Vista, AR area. This contract opportunity offers a chance to contribute your clinical expertise in a dynamic environment where patient safety and proficient nursing care are top priorities.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RN licensure with 2+ years of Stepdown (Progressive Care Unit) experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to float flexibly between Stepdown and Telemetry/Medical-Surgical units
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Proven leadership and delegation abilities

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies
- Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Anticipate and respond to changes in patient condition with critical thinking and clinical expertise
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure safe and efficient care delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Schedule:
- Nights: 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
- Every other weekend required
