Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Stepdown, progressive care, or similar unit experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities

Core Responsibilities:
- Continually assess patients and provide skilled nursing care as outlined by the physician and best practices
- Deliver direct care, including medication administration, treatments, patient education, responding to call lights/alarms, and assisting with transfers
