Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered RN license in applicable state
- Minimum of 1 year recent Stepdown (SDU/PCU/IMCU) nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)

- Strong communication, assessment, and team collaboration skills
