Working in this 1620 bed stepdown unit means youll gain hands-on experience caring for patients with complex conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, TDM2, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathywith a manageable nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. Schedule/Hours:

• 48-hour contract

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical stepdown or similar critical care setting
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficiency in caring for patients with complex and high-acuity medical conditions
