Role Highlights: In this float pool position, youll collaborate with expert teams, rotating among all PCU/IMCU floors dedicated to cardiac patients. Youll care for individuals with STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and chest pain, managing advanced cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors) and, at times, monitoring telemetry beds for patients with less acute needs. This environment will allow you to build new clinical skills and add valuable experience to your resume, enhancing your career for future opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a similar-sized facility
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Prior experience with cardiac patient populations and management of cardiac drips
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR
  • Ability to float to multiple-unit environments
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to cardiac patients in both PCU and telemetry settings
  • Manage and titrate cardiac drips safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various units
  • Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR
  • Adhere to hospital policies and protocols while providing excellent patient support
