Schedule/Hours:
- Travel-based assignment with variable scheduling
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (eligible to practice in North Carolina)
- Prior Stepdown or Progressive Care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certification, with additional credentials preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Stepdown/PCU patients with complex health needs
- Monitor, assess, and respond to evolving patient conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and their families
- Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
