Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with flexible scheduling
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Stepdown/Progressive Care experience (travel experience highly valued)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care for Stepdown unit patients, closely monitoring and assessing conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and interpret cardiac and telemetry monitoring
- Educate patients and families about recovery, procedures, and health management
- Ensure documentation aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements
