Deliver exceptional patient care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Stepdown nursing within a leading healthcare environment. Work alongside experienced clinicians and support staff in a collaborative, patient-focused setting renowned for clinical excellence and innovation.

Key Qualities & Experience:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• At least one year of recent experience in a Stepdown or intermediate care setting
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and interpreting complex patient assessments
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position; scheduling details provided during the interview process

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients with complex or unstable conditions, intervening promptly as needed
• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments according to physician orders and protocols
• Accurately document patient information and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to create and adapt individualized care plans
• Guide and support patients and their families with education throughout the care process
• Uphold standards of safety, infection control, and patient advocacy at all times
