Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment providing care for diverse patient populations
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from acute conditions
  • Closely monitor, assess, and document changes in patient status, promptly notifying providers of urgent concerns
