Job Description
Deliver compassionate and skilled nursing care in a dynamic clinical environment supporting ICU, Step-Down Unit, Med Surg, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and Emergency Room settings. This contract position requires adaptability and clinical expertise to manage diverse patient needs while supervising ancillary personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide comprehensive nursing care for patients across multiple acute care units.
- Maintain required competencies specific to ICU, Step-Down, Med Surg, Day Stay, PACU, and ER settings.
- Supervise and delegate patient care tasks to appropriate ancillary staff according to their scope of practice.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Uphold strict adherence to nursing standards and protocols in all units served.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current registered nurse (RN) license with experience in Step-Down or critical care nursing.
- Strong clinical skills in acute care settings including ICU and emergency care.
- Proven ability to supervise and effectively communicate with healthcare team members.
