Job Description
Provide critical nursing care across diverse acute care settings including ICU, Step Down Unit, Medical-Surgical, Day Stay Unit, PACU, and Emergency Room. Coordinate and plan patient care activities ensuring high standards and patient safety. Maintain and update clinical competencies to meet the specific demands of each unit. Oversee and delegate nursing care responsibilities to ancillary staff, ensuring tasks align with their scope of practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with experience in Stepdown or similar acute care units
- Proven ability to manage care in ICU, PACU, Med Surg, ER, and Day Stay environments
- Strong leadership skills, able to supervise and delegate tasks effectively
- Commitment to maintaining competencies and continuing education
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Familiarity with CNA representation in healthcare settings

Contract Type:
This is a contract position providing flexibility and the opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across multiple nursing units.
