Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to Stepdown/PCU patients
- Continuously monitor, assess, and document patient condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
