Qualifications:
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment abilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Strong teamwork and adaptability
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, efficient nursing care for stepdown patients with complex needs
