Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with moderate to high acuity, monitoring vital signs and responding promptly to changes.
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform therapeutic interventions in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress using electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care needs and discharge planning.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following stringent infection control standards.

Schedule:

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a stepdown, progressive care, or similar acute care setting.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are required.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing patient needs.
