Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position with flexible assignment durations
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test
- Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills
- Previous Cardiac Stepdown experience highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care for cardiac patients in a stepdown setting
- Monitor patient status and vital signs, intervening promptly as needed
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Administer medications, facilitate tests, and maintain detailed records
- Deliver compassionate education and support to patients and families
