Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, flexible shifts as assigned

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license, current and in good standing
- Minimum of one year recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Adaptable and resilient, with a commitment to delivering excellent patient care
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients transitioning from ICU-level care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, compassionate care
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform advanced clinical procedures
- Educate patients and families during recovery and transition processes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and support quality improvement initiatives
