Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license (Kansas or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum of one year recent experience in a Stepdown, Progressive Care, or Intermediate Care Unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt in dynamic, high-acuity settings
