Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring and skilled interventions as part of a stepdown unit.

• Maintain compliance with nursing standards outlined by Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
• Utilize the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and Shared Governance Model to promote best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
