A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings. Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift
- 3 shifts per week
- 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting
- Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1:9 to 1:12, ensuring individualized care
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to interdisciplinary team members
- Comply with facility policies and maintain accurate documentation
- Support residents in restorative care aimed at improving quality of life
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license (pending licenses accepted but must be obtained before starting)
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred; first-time LTC/SNF nurses encouraged to apply
- BLS certification required
- Comfortable working in LTC/SNF environments
- Ability to commit to scheduled night shifts and weekend requirements
- Must comply with attendance policies critical to maintaining contract status
