Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with eligibility in Missouri
  • Minimum of 1 year of Rehab or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred
  • BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Compliance with current influenza vaccination requirements (or approved exemption with facility documentation)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients recovering from complex medical conditions, including brain injury, stroke, cancer, and trauma
  • Participate in the interdisciplinary planning and implementation of individualized rehabilitation programs
  • Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to maximize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on recovery processes and home care needs
  • Adhere to infection control and facility-specific protocols, including seasonal masking policies as required
