Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent rehab or long-term care RN experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams
- Compliance with influenza vaccination policy or submission of approved exemption form (masking required if exempt)
Responsibilities:

- Monitor patient progress, conduct assessments, and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and family members to support optimal patient outcomes
