Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year Rehab/LTC nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient-advocacy skills
• Familiarity with specialized rehab equipment, including lifts and high-tech therapy devices, is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to those recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, trauma, and other complex conditions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, therapists, and families to establish and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and at-home adaptations for daily living
• Contribute to a holistic treatment approach, addressing both the physical and emotional needs of each patient
• Comply with influenza vaccination policies, including exemption and masking requirements, as outlined by facility protocol
