Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Rehab and/or LTC experience highly preferred
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability in dynamic, team-oriented settings
- COVID-19 vaccine (per facility requirements)
- Influenza vaccine or approved exemption (masking required during flu season)
Role Responsibilities:
- Support complex rehabilitation for patients recovering from strokes, trauma, spinal cord injuries, and more
- Conduct focused assessments, create and update individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor for progress and complications
- Foster patient and family education, supporting return-to-independence goals
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and ancillary teams in a holistic recovery environment
