Schedule:

  • Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week
  • 36 guaranteed hours
  • Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting
  • Maintain accountability for assigned patients and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
  • Evaluate care provided by direct caregivers and assist in performance improvement
  • Uphold patient rights, ensure confidentiality, and follow strict hospital protocols
  • Adapt to standard float assignments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience (rehab or long-term care preferred)
  • Proficiency documenting in EPIC
  • Familiarity with providing care across varied patient populations
  • Commitment to hospital mission, values, and service standards
