Schedule:
- Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week
- 36 guaranteed hours
- Rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting
- Maintain accountability for assigned patients and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Evaluate care provided by direct caregivers and assist in performance improvement
- Uphold patient rights, ensure confidentiality, and follow strict hospital protocols
- Adapt to standard float assignments as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience (rehab or long-term care preferred)
- Proficiency documenting in EPIC
- Familiarity with providing care across varied patient populations
- Commitment to hospital mission, values, and service standards
